Delivery Policy

MAK Bowls prepares and delivers lunches directly to supported workplace locations.

We do not ship retail parcels through courier or postal services. This policy explains where and how our prepared meals are delivered.

This applies to orders made with us on WhatsApp and will also apply to orders in the MAK Bowls customer app at app.makbowls.com once it is available.

We deliver to selected supported workplace locations in Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi and Wakad, Pune. We do not deliver everywhere in Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi and Wakad, so please confirm on WhatsApp that we can deliver to your workplace before you buy.

MAK Bowls normally delivers Monday to Friday at supported workplaces, excluding announced non-service days.

MAK Bowls delivers during lunchtime to supported workplace delivery points in Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi and Wakad, Pune.

The applicable delivery arrangement and expected timing are confirmed according to the workplace location. We do not promise a universal fixed delivery time for all customers.

Next-day orders close at 9:30 PM IST. To skip a lunch, tell us before 9:30 PM IST on the previous day.

There is no separate delivery charge at supported locations.

Please give us your workplace, delivery point and contact number, and tell us on WhatsApp if they change. We will confirm whether we can deliver to a new location before changing your deliveries.

If a significant delivery problem occurs, please contact us on WhatsApp. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how missed, incorrect or unsatisfactory meals are handled.
